For the settlement of any disputes that may arise in connection with their total or partial validity, execution, compliance or resolution, Manufri and user, expressly waiving their own or any other venue that may correspond to them, agree to abide by the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lleida (Spain) expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which he/she might have recourse.
